The Harbour Cruise is on SATURDAY NOVEMBER 13TH and we will be reminding about this constantly. Put the date in your diary now!! We aim to raise around $5000 for the club which will go directly towards clothing / gear and equipment for the trip. It will benefit all of us. In 2002 the Harbour Cruise helped cover most of the team costs. We want each player to sell at least 5-8 tickets each. We need to sell 200! The boat we will party on is called THE ROYALE. It is a double decker with an outside deck. |

We are planning to again nominate for the UNSW summer hockey competition. It will commence on Tuesday Jan 27th 2004 (The Day after Aust Day). Those of you who have not played as yet might consider joining us. We are quiet a formidable opponent when at full strength and the hockey is casual and enjoyable and is great for relieving work stress. There are no goalies and no lifting, no hitting at goal and no hitting at women. Importantly it keeps us together as a sports group and helps build team spirit as we head towards international competition in the future. 10th EURO-GAMES IN HOLLAND |
The city of Utrecht in the Netherlands will be hosting the 10th EuroGames from 16th to 19th of June in 2005. For the first time there will be also an hockey tournament during the Euro-games. The lively gay and lesbian community of Utrecht hopes to make this midsummer weekend unforgettable for the sports men and women and others that will participate in this jubilee sportive and cultural event. The organisation expect participation of both mens and grils teams to represent the BENTSTIX at the Euro-Games 2005. The beautiful medieval city Utrecht has all the assets this 10th EuroGames need.
